Sales Operations Manager
Huddersfield – Onsite 5 days a week
£40k with OTW up to 50k
You know how frustrating it is when a customer’s phone system or video kit doesn’t work on day one? Calls drop, meetings fail, and suddenly everyone’s firefighting instead of getting stuff done.

Partnering with some of the largest names in telephony and communications and shipping over a million products a year to small and large MSPs like Daisy Group, Wavenet and Focus Group

Following an internal promotion, they are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Team in expanding the customer base and growing ARR
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be splitting your time between mentoring, coaching and enabling a small, established sales team and working with key accounts, working closely with the Sales Director to drive campaigns, facilitate pricing and establish growth plans across the business
