The role
Supporting the Customer Order Management (COM) team, this position focuses on non‑customer‑facing administrative tasks across the full order life cycle. Accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are key, with clear targets and processes in place.
Key responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately within agreed deadlines
* Manually allocate parts within the order management system
* Compile and distribute export and shipping documentation
* Maintain and cleanse system data to ensure accuracy
* Support new customer set‑ups and credit/debit administration
* Prepare and distribute standard internal reports
* Identify escalations and highlight process improvements
* Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry
What we’re looking for
* Experience in order management or strong transferable admin skills
* Comfortable with repetitive, process‑driven tasks
* Good MS Office and general IT skills
* Paying close attention to detail and the ability to meet accuracy targets
* Willingness to learn multiple country processes
* A proactive, team‑focused approach
Working pattern
Hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week (one with the core team). Attendance at workshops, audits or meetings as required.
