What you’ll be doing

1. Accountable for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, which leads to growth and expansion outside of existing BT Wholesale relationships, enabling you to meet and exceed annual metrics for financial performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Developing and implementing strategic plans that are flexible and responsive to changes in business landscapes.
3. Building creative approaches to drive key deals, addressing and overcoming challenges, as well as effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management.
4. Supply accurate and timely sales forecasts using SalesForce, including contact management & accuracy.
5. Promote the full Wholesale, and the wider BT product and capability portfolio.
6. Works cross-functionally across the organisation to leverage subject matter expertise and other stakeholders’ help to drive opportunities to close.

7. Influences, develop, drive and motivate sales both tactically and strategically
8. Ability to deliver on business objectives and stretching sales targets
9. Build trusting relationships at all levels externally and internally to support delivery of outcomes and results
10. Ability to use insight to make strategic and agile operational and commercial decisions
11. Exceptional knowledge of BTW product, competition, supply chain
12. Large complex bid leadership

Flexible working
