Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Cambridgeshire)

Do you have a passion for helping children reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel are looking for caring, committed and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our friendly team and support primary schools across Cambridgeshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with children in both classroom and small group settings, making a real difference to their learning journey every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Helping to create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment
* Encouraging and motivating pupils to develop confidence and independence
* Being a reliable and valued part of the school community
What we’re looking for:
* At least 1 year’s experience working in UK schools
* Essential: experience supporting pupils with SEN
* Essential: ability to travel to different schools across Cambridgeshire
* A positive, proactive and compassionate approach to supporting children
