We are responsible for the development of a Psychologically Informed Environment across our services. We deliver a clinical, trauma informed support model to customers and deliver training and support to our support colleagues to help them develop the skills in this area. We operate across Newcastle boundaries in a vary of settings which include both hostel accommodation and dispersed properties across the community. We work with customers who have a range of complex needs, the main presentation being homelessness but also including health, including mental health, related issues, offending behaviour and addiction. Our service enables customers to move from 24 hour supported accommodation to semi-independent supported accommodation in the community and then on to full independence. Youll work closely with our support team to deliver personalised interventions and behaviour support plans Youll identify where skills development is required so our customers can achieve their goals through everyday activities.
