Stock Assistant – Luxury Retail
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Assistant to join a leading luxury retail environment within a newly opened flagship store in Central London.
This position plays a key role in supporting store operations by ensuring stock flow is managed efficiently and accurately, while assisting the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stock flow from delivery through to shop floor replenishment
* Maintain stock areas to the highest standards of organisation, cleanliness and safety
* Ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed, security tagged and stored with care
* Support stock accuracy through regular checks and reporting
* Handle returns, reticketing and resolution of stock discrepancies
* Support client requests, dispatches and customer collections
* Work closely with store management and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* Assist on the shop floor during peak trading periods when required
About You
* Previous experience in stock or operations within luxury or premium retail
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, flexible and able to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Professional presentation and approach
* Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
