You should have experience working with vulnerable children, including at a senior level in a children's residential care home. Additionally, you should hold the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management or an equivalent qualification.
You must be an excellent people manager, experienced in leading, inspiring, and motivating teams in this setting to ensure exceptional care for children. This is an exciting opportunity for someone motivated by contributing to the expansion of our Residential Service.
