You will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well by using your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning, ensuring that children and families who use our services have a positive experience.
What will the role involve?
* Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programmes
* Completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding
* Supporting the supervision, line management, and development of colleagues
* Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support family and service outcomes
* Attending and contributing to team meetings
* Building relationships with colleagues to enhance team working environment
We have full and part-time opportunities ranging from 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week, available between 9am and 5pm. This is a community-based role, so most duties will be carried out at your base, in community settings, or client homes.
We offer a generous NHS pension, annual leave entitlement, and a competitive pay framework with opportunities for progression.
If you are enthusiastic, enjoy working with families, and are up for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
