Voluntary role | Approx. 1–2 days per month Closing Date: 20th March 2026 Mind in Croydon is seeking an experienced, values‑driven Chair of Trustees to lead our Board and support our mission to empower people experiencing mental health problems across Croydon. As our Chair, you’ll: ✔ Provide strong, inclusive leadership to the Board ✔ Support and work closely with the Chief Executive ✔ Champion good governance, strategy and long‑term sustainability ✔ Act as an ambassador for our charity and its values ✔ Help shape our future during an exciting period of regional collaboration About you: We’re looking for someone with leadership and board experience, excellent communication skills and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Knowledge of charity governance, mental health or the voluntary sector is an advantage. Lived experience of mental health is warmly welcomed. Why join us?
