The Role
As Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical advice and support across the full HR remit. Key responsibilities include:
1. Advising and supporting managers with employee relations cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance)
2. Coordinating recruitment processes and supporting line managers in hiring decisions
3. Assisting with payroll, contracts, onboarding and compliance checks
4. Maintaining and developing HR systems, policies, and procedures
