Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking an O&M Administrator to join our M-Renewables Division in London. This role is key to supporting the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational coordination to enable the effective delivery of renewable energy asset management activities.
You will work closely with O&M Project Managers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders, providing essential administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to O&M Project Managers and Heads of Department.
2. Prepare purchase orders (POs), service agreements, and support procurement activities.
3. Liaise with finance and accountants to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, contractor payments, and expenses.
4. Track and follow up on O&M sales contract payments and departmental costs.
5. Organise travel, accommodation, and training/course registrations for site technicians and staff.
6. Process travel and mileage claims, fuel card checks, and expense reimbursements.
7. Support company car bookings and manage related administration.
8. Assist with onboarding of new O&M personnel (IT equipment, PPE, tools, mobile devices, etc.).
9. Maintain accurate records for accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and site equipment.
10. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery, billing, and service issues.
11. Support internal reporting and help improve administrative processes and filing systems.
What You Bring
12. Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent).
13. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or similar support role.
14. Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
15. Experience in the renewable energy or engineering sector is an advantage.
16. Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
17. High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
18. Experience supporting budgets, expenses, and supplier management is desirable.
