The Opportunity Clinical Selection are proud to be partnering with a leading medical device organisation to recruit a Territory Manager / Business Manager for the West Midlands .
This is a fantastic chance to join a high-growth, innovative business and take the next step in your medical device sales career. Youll be working across Breast, General, Colorectal and Plastic surgery specialities in both NHS and Private settings.
With full product and sales training provided, youll be responsible for building relationships with Consultant Surgeons and Theatre Managers, supporting them in the use of life-changing products, and driving sales growth across your territory.
Key Responsibilities Prospect for new clients while promoting and advising on surgical product lines
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Provide direct product support in the operating theatre
Deliver professional and effective sales coverage across the region
Maintain and update customer records and CRM system
Generate and pursue leads to achieve sales targets
Lead clinical evaluations and provide formal product presentations
Educate healthcare professionals on product use, application, and documentation
Support the development of Key Opinion Leaders in your territory
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and meetings

The Ideal Candidate Degree-level education with a scientific focus (essential)
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or healthcare sales advantageous (but not essential)
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
CRM system experience desirable
Problem-solving, proactive, and resilient approach
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the UK
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be based in the West Midlands .
