We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing team, supporting a high-profile government-linked contract. You will act as the first point of contact for new and existing contractors, guiding them through onboarding, ensuring compliance, and managing their queries with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Contractor Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming contractor queries, providing clear, accurate, and timely support via phone and email.
Onboarding & Induction:
Guide new contractors through the umbrella recruitment process, ensuring they fully understand the services, benefits, and expectations.
Service Promotion:
Articulate the value proposition of our umbrella company, confidently discussing key advantages such as compliance assurance, pension access, and other employment benefits.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture positive relationships with contractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued engagement.
Problem Solving:
Proactively resolve issues or concerns raised by contractors, escalating complex matters when necessary while maintaining ownership of the outcome.
Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure all contractor records are accurate and fully compliant with internal processes, HMRC legislation, and industry regulations.
Knowledge Building:
Maintain a solid understanding of umbrella payroll, including topics such as salary sacrifice schemes and pension contributions, to provide well-informed guidance.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or administrative roles (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or a related industry). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients. Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and communication platforms like Zoom or Slack.
