Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operations of our organization. This position requires a strong background in early childhood education, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including mentoring and training
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
- Coordinate with parents/guardians to address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all children
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and work collaboratively with others
- Proficiency in mathematics and physical education concepts
