Vision for Education are working closely with a Primary school in the Huntingdon area to find a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 with a Year 2 child with special educational needs. About the role You will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with special educational needs, experience of working with children with SEND would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be patient and kind and willing to identify triggers for negative behaviour choices. Someone who is willing to create a routine and environment for the child that is safe, comfortable and conducive to learning. This is a full time role from Monday-Friday as there is a strong need for consistency.
