As a Reinsurance Credit Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
* Actively manage your client's accounts to a high standard and within deadlines
* Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to payment collection
* Ensure secure, efficient, and auditable handling of client funds
* Timely collection and payment of monies, including chasing payments and minimizing funding gaps
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
* Review and reconcile cash daily
* Identify debtor-related issues and negotiate resolutions
* Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and external regulations
To be successful as a Reinsurance Credit Controller, you will demonstrate:
* Experience handling insurance-related allocations and settlements
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Experience in the insurance industry, which may lead to a higher salary within the range
