Location: Speke / Wymondham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility available)

Your Responsibilities
As our Drainage and Water Design Team Leader, you’ll lead a talented team focused on delivering high-quality, compliant, and sustainable solutions across a diverse portfolio of residential, educational, and government projects. Your role will include:
* Leading a small Building & Development, Drainage & Water team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Introducing and embedding standardized delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Planning, pricing, and delivering lump-sum Design & Build work packages while managing tight deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring transparent communication and a first-class service.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Proven experience leading and developing small, highly technical design teams.
* Strong ability to manage programmes, budgets, and risks across building and development projects.
* Experience managing clients and stakeholders, including end-users and government-funded clients.
* Demonstrated delivery of high-quality, compliant drainage and flood risk solutions.
* Knowledge of SUDS, Planning Policy, Building Regulations, and flood risk strategy approvals.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
