About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join a National brokers. This role involves assisting in the management of a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless policy administration. You will work closely with insurers, brokers, and clients to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs.
* Policy Administration: Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments efficiently.
* Risk Assessment: Identify client risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
* Negotiation & Liaison: Work with insurers to secure competitive terms and resolve queries.
* Claims Support: Assist clients with claims, ensuring smooth communication with insurers.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in commercial insurance account handling.
* Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
