Were looking for a Project Site Administrator to join our Faslane Naval Base team based in Helensburgh.
Location: Faslane Naval Base, Helensburgh – Site based.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This exciting Site Administrator role is based on-site, where youll provide comprehensive administrative support to our Joint Venture delivery teams. Youll be working within a highly secure MOD environment, supporting the delivery of diverse construction projects at Faslane Naval Base. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly whilst developing your skills in a unique and rewarding setting.
What will you be responsible for?
* Managing document control, preparing weekly reports, and keeping site information boards current
* Processing invoices, coordinating drawings on Viewpoint, and maintaining accurate registers
* Coordinating security information, issuing passes, and ensuring compliance with client security protocols
* Managing diaries, organising meetings and site visits, and liaising with stakeholders
* Preparing presentations and key documents, providing IT support for remote meetings
What are we looking for?
* You have previous experience in construction site or office administration
* Youre confident using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel to a high standard
* Youre comfortable working at pace, responding to priorities as they arise, and meeting tight deadlines
* You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
* You hold a Full driving licence and are able to undergo full SC clearance checks
