Creative SEND Teaching Assistant
Looking for a role where you can make a real difference and get creative while you’re at it? We’re working with fantastic SEND schools in Bexley who need passionate, calm, and creative Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them shine in their own way.
* Using creative strategies like art, sensory play, and storytelling to engage learners.
* Working closely with teachers and therapists to meet pupils’ individual targets.
* Building trust, boosting confidence, and celebrating every success—big or small.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Someone with experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs.
* A creative thinker who loves using art, stories, and sensory activities to bring learning to life.
* Calm, consistent, and great at building positive relationships.
* Experience in SEND settings is ideal, but we’re happy to chat if you’ve supported children in any creative or educational capacity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
