Role Overview: As the QA Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the QA S upport T eam, EJ HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Plans, while fostering a strong Food Safety & Quality Culture within the Operations Supply Chain. You will act as a champion for quality, building robust systems that meet legislative, regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements to ensure the safety, quality, and efficacy of our products. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA support team, promoting Quality & Food Safety Culture across the Operations Supply Chain Maintain and improve EJ HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP Plan documents and approvals Drive document product release on time in full Assist in QER and CAPA closure Conduct Internal Audits Support the Supply Chain Continuous Improvement journey Contribute to project forums, ensuring Food Safety & Quality compliance Utili s e communication skills to support understanding and adherence to compliance What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Experience of Managing a HACCP Plan within a food environment Knowledge of food or medicated product regulations governing the manufacture and distribution of final product Experience in Quality Assurance Experience in managing and leading a team Experience in internal auditing Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & interpersonal), the ability to foresee and communicate issues to enable swift resolution A collaborative working style with the ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders Flexibility and open-mindedness - enjoying ambiguity and change MS office applications More about this role Education / Certifications: HACCP Level 4 is preferred Job specific requirements: Monday to Friday, o ffice and factory based Travel requirements: N/A Work schedule: 100% Relocation Support Available?
