We're hiring a Senior Customer Service Rep with experience in financial services or other regulated environments. You’ll handle inbound/outbound customer queries, resolve issues at first contact and support junior team members.
There is excellent future progression in place for moving into Technician or Project Management roles, and the company will put you through your IOC exams to help you upskill. They're also very focused on helping their employees with their self development and will help you with your IOC modules (if you would like).
Key Requirements
Strong FS or funds industry background
Proven customer service skills
Able to resolve complaints and identify risk issues
Confident communicator, written and verbal
IOC Module 1 (desirable or willing to work toward)
