Hunter Adams is delighted to be supporting our client, a purpose led organisation operating across hospitality, nature and regeneration, in the search for an experienced People Business Partner to join on a 12 month FTC.
Partnering with the Nature, Hospitality and Build teams, you'll bring the People Strategy to life across the Sutherland region. Reporting to the People Director, you'll act as the trusted regional People lead championing a People First culture, driving operational excellence, and supporting leaders to build high-performing, values led teams.
This role can be based in Inverness or Aviemore, with travel required across the wider regions. It's an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, people focused HR professional who thrives in a hands-on partnership role and is eager to make a meaningful impact within a growing, purpose driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Be an exemplary leader and team player, consistently demonstrating the People First value.
Provide health and safety leadership, partnering with Regional Leadership Teams to ensure operational compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Collaborate with local management teams, advocating and embedding a strong people-first culture.
Ensure the employee journey from first contact to departure reflects operational excellence and delivers a high-quality experience.
Develop and implement resourcing strategies, systems, and processes, with a particular focus on the Sutherland region.
Provide expert advice across all areas of people activities.
Support the wider People Team and regional managers across Cairngorm and Loch Ness.
Act as a champion for employees while supporting managers in leading, engaging, and developing their teams.
Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders, ensuring positive, well-managed, and proactive engagement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of all aspects of the People function.
