An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical company. You'll lead GMP Quality Assurance, drive compliance, and play a key role in MHRA inspections and product release, making a real impact on quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead GMP Quality Assurance activities and maintain MIA license compliance.
* Implement and oversee a robust Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS).
* Manage documentation, audits, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
* Provide QA oversight for CMOs, labs, and third-party partners.
* Act as main QA contact for QP release, MHRA inspections, and regulatory queries.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Life Sciences degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related).
* Extensive QA experience in pharmaceuticals with strong EU GMP knowledge.
* Proven experience supporting MHRA inspections and MIA/QP requirements.
* Skilled in QMS implementation and continuous improvement.
* Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
