Salary: Up to £44,000 + van, fuel card, and benefits

What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
Previous Supervisory Experience: You must have prior experience supervising a team in a domestic or social housing environment.
Trade Background: A strong background as a tradesperson, ideally with multi-trade skills (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
Operational Leadership: The ability to lead a team of reactive maintenance operatives, allocate work daily, and conduct toolbox talks.
Project Coordination: Experience attending pre-inspection works, advising on job specifics, and ensuring multi-trade jobs are scheduled efficiently.
Communication: Strong ability to liaise with managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and respond effectively to variation requests.
Compliance: A solid understanding and enforcement of health and safety regulations.Requirements:
Relevant trade qualifications, NVQ2, SSSTS
A full UK driving license.
