Leisure Club Supervisor, £10,574.72 per annum, 16 hours per week
Do you have the drive to coach, inspire, and support your team and club members?
In this role, you will support the Spa Manager with Health and Safety, ensuring the smooth operation of the leisure facilities.
You will have the passion to assist in creating strategic direction for the club and drive membership sales to grow the business, coaching and pushing the team to achieve targets.
Keeping the membership base engaged is key, ensuring regular interaction and activities with existing members.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to work various shifts and days. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
