The Role: As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide 2nd line support to client users, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You'll be working with a variety of systems and tools, making this a great opportunity to broaden your technical expertise while working in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing escalated 2nd line support to resolve technical issues. Supporting and maintaining Windows Server and Office 365 environments. Managing Active Directory tasks, including user and group administration. Working with VMware and other virtualisation technologies. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues. Delivering exceptional customer service while managing support tickets. Skills & Experience Required: 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory. Experience with VMware and networking concepts. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
