Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic nurses to work in our Adult Community Health Services. We have vacancies in our Greenwich District Nursing Team to meet the increased demand for community health services, supporting the national agendas for delivering more care out of hospital.
We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses with a drive to build on their pre-registration experience and knowledge. We provide a highly supportive approach with all staff to gain the competencies required for the role and as an Oxleas Community Staff Nurse you will be supported to develop advanced clinical assessment skills.
