Salary: £35,000 - 42,200 per year Requirements: Educated to degree level or have equivalent relevant IT systems and data work experience, with a suitable qualification in an IT related field. Substantial knowledge and experience of supporting both SaaS and client business systems, databases, managing/developing/analytics reporting and administration. Experience of delivering systems training in either a formal or informal way. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills across diverse audiences. Data analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to deliver excellent customer service to non-expert IT users. Experience in creating technical and process documentation. Demonstrable practical experience with data manipulation, batch processing, case flow management, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience with housing management and/or large database systems management. Familiarity with MS Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Excel, and Office Suite. Agile mindset to adapt to changing environments in social housing. Resilience in handling challenges within the social housing sector. Responsibilities: Support and develop Acis Groups core IT business systems, primarily housing management, CRM, asset, and repairs management systems. Manage and maintain security access levels within information systems. Work with the IT systems team and subject matter experts to configure, design, and improve workflow processes. Ensure all staff are adequately trained in system use and processes. Enhance the quality and development of systems, identifying methods for improvement projects. Support Acis Groups Knowledge Information Management (KIM) with data insight reporting and Microsoft Power BI dashboard creation. Assist in the development of the data architecture for our central data reporting repository. Ensure all system users are updated with relevant information and system changes. Manage the regular interfacing and data exchange between core systems. Monitor systems, integration, and test business/web systems/applications for technical issues. Liaise with providers/partners on matters relating to system development and problem resolution. Manage software testing and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Share expertise within the IT Services team to foster knowledge and understanding of systems support. Help deliver the approved IT strategy aligned with business/customer needs and the operational environment. Work flexibly to undertake other duties or attend various office locations as needed.
