The role We are seeking a Reporting & Insight Officer to join our Asset Information team. This is a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports regulatory compliance, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with colleagues in IT, Data, BI, and across the wider business, you will help maintain data integrity, develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and provide clear insights that enable informed decisions. In this role, you will: Produce and maintain core asset data reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and compliance across key metrics. Use tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL to automate reporting processes, streamline outputs, and deliver actionable insights. Translate complex data into clear visualisations, respond to reporting queries, and support data validation and quality assurance. Contribute to policies, training, and system improvements, while promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the Asset Information team. The role is based at our Farringdon office with hybrid working arrangements (minimum two days per week in the office). Occasional travel to other main offices may be required. What you'll need: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL Experience in data reporting, analysis, or business intelligence (social housing or regulated sector desirable) Familiarity with automation tools (desirable) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Ability to take ownership and deliver with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet each of the above six criteria providing real examples.
