Events Manager
Are you an experienced events professional with a passion for bringing brands to life in the real world? We’re looking for an ambitious Events Manager to take ownership of a fast-growing direct sales and brand activation channel, leading impactful pop-ups and experiential events across the UK.

You’ll play a key role in scaling activations, leading a team, and driving customer acquisition through standout event execution.

The Role
Our Direct Sales team appears at some of the UK’s busiest lifestyle events, railway stations, and specialist shows, delivering engaging brand activations that connect directly with customers and bring our mission to life.
As Events Manager, you’ll lead the planning, booking, and delivery of activations and pop-ups, helping this channel grow bigger and better. You’ll manage the sales operations team, improve processes, optimise performance, and ensure each event is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

What you’ll be responsible for:
* Building and implementing a strategy to achieve monthly growth targets
* Leading and supporting the team to deliver high-quality activations
* Managing operational processes to ensure excellent execution
* Using data and insights to improve performance across bookings, logistics, assets, and event delivery
* Building strong relationships with event organisers and booking managers to secure the best opportunities
* Identifying new and creative ways to connect with target customers
* Managing budgets, stock, and event assets throughout the year
* Collaborating with the creative team to ensure every activation is visually impactful and on-brand
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or a similar field
* At least 1 year of team leadership or line management experience
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* A process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and execution
* Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering events to a high standard
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building external relationships
* Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and performance data
* Experience using Google Sheets or similar tools to track budgets and analyse performance
* A creative, hands-on approach and the ability to work at pace in a scaling business
