Job Description

Our client has a vacancy for an Office Administrator to provide effective administration support to their Conveyancing Team. The role is office based, applications for full work is preferred. Free onsite parking is included.\n\nThey are looking for: strong verbal and written communication skills; a self-motivated, organised, pro-active, problem-solving individual; great attention to detail and efficiency are crucial; experience not essential as full training will be given.\n\nRole\n\n• Incoming post collection/opening/sorting promptly\n\n• Scanning in of all incoming post/attaching to case management files\n\n• Managing unallocated post\n\n• Managing original post items and filing as directed\n\n• Completing of all admin tasks received from teams working remotely\n\n• Outgoing post sorting/paying sufficient postage/ensuring ready on time to be collected by Royal\n\nMail daily\n\n• Managing own email account\n\n• Managing all visitors and deliveries to the offices\n\nWhere capacity exists, to also assist with:-\n\n• Initial administration work on new matter files\n\n• Ad hoc support to the teams when needed\n\n• Any other duties appropriate to the role as may reasonably be required from time to time\n\nDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
