Job Description
This role can be based at any of our 6 Processing Centres across Europe: Stoke on Trent, Wakefield, Walsall (UK), Wroclaw, Sulechow (Poland), or Bergheim (Germany).
We are seeking a Content Creation Specialist to join our Central Distribution Operations team to ensure delivery of multi-channel communications for all European Distribution Processing Centres and supporting functions.
This role involves aligning with TJX brand guidelines while evolving the cultural expectations of distribution. Working within a communications strategy and closely with distribution teams, you will use your initiative to respond to business pressures and manage complex viewpoints.
Distribution is a fast-paced environment. You will ensure consistent execution and positive engagement with our associates, promoting a culture of multi-channel communication and continuous improvement in digital content creation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and write relevant communications, including briefs, WorkJam posts, and emails, free of grammatical errors.
* Partner cross-functionally to generate original content ideas aligned with organizational goals, audience, and brand guidelines, including social media posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, and animations.
* Produce, animate, and edit video content that engages associates and adheres to brand standards.
* Understand and tailor content to meet the needs of associates across European markets, encouraging engagement and sharing.
* Develop promotional strategies to increase content visibility across channels.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support ongoing improvement.
* Support maintenance of creative aspects of the WorkJam platform, including scheduling and posting content, and assist with Service Now ticket management.
* Conduct content audits for compliance and collate analytics on engagement.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Understanding of retail/distribution environments.
* Proficiency in a second language, such as Polish or German, is beneficial.
* Graphic design qualifications or experience preferred.
* Creative skills to produce engaging content using graphic design tools (GIFs, posters, videos, animations).
* Ability to craft engaging written communications in English and possibly a second language.
* Proficiency with Mac OS, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills.
* Logical thinker with data analysis and problem-solving skills to enhance user engagement.
* Collaborative, organized, able to work independently under tight deadlines.
* Trustworthy with confidential information.
* Ability to understand systems and reports, identify risks, and analyze trends.
