Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting one of Nottingham’s longest established software companies who specialise in batch processing control systems on behalf of a global client base. Due a recent company merger and continued growth across the globe, our client is seeking the addition of a Web Focused Software Engineer to join their growing and technically evolving development team.
In return, you can expect to receive a generous starting salary of up to £55,000, plus a non-contractual annual bonus scheme, private healthcare scheme, flexible working options, paid overtime and genuine opportunities for progression.
Please note, this role is a full time, office-based role, with very occasional opportunities to attend client sites to provide expert software support during system commissioning phase. Once settled in the role, there is an opportunity to exercise a hybrid working option after a period of 6-12 months.
Due to the nature of the role and the firm’s global client base, the successful candidate will be required to complete weekly ‘out of hours’ overtime, which is paid at £200 per shift. If you complete up to five overtime shifts per month, you can earn an additional £1000 on top of your basic monthly wage.
