We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Cwmbran site. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing some work-from-home days.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of revenue-generating projects, forming temporary teams to meet defined deliverables. Responsibilities include managing internal and R&D projects, improving project management processes, aligning project timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading technical teams, managing customer issues, liaising with departments, forecasting financials, and maintaining effective communication to enhance the company's reputation.

* Reduce costs and waste; host client visits and meetings.
* Ensure timely completion of revenue tasks, communicate issues promptly, and maintain strong client relationships.

Education & Qualifications
* Preferably a degree in science, pharmacy, or relevant discipline (2.1 or above).
* Project Management qualification (APM, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.

* At least 1 year of proven project management experience.

* Ability to adapt to changing workloads and work under pressure.
