We value your time and dedication. This full-time role is structured to ensure you maintain a rich life outside the practice:
* Focus & Flexibility: Work a compressed 40 hours per week over just 4 days, delivering a guaranteed 3-day weekend most weeks.
* Manageable Rota: The weekend commitment is fair and balanced:
* 1 in 3 Saturdays spent at the branch.
* OR a generous 1 in 6 full weekends supporting an affiliated critical care/24-hour facility nearby.
