💙 About the Role:
As a Community Outreach Mental Health Worker, you’ll work face-to-face with individuals in their own homes and community settings, offering practical and emotional support to help them thrive.
You will:
✅ Support people in achieving their personal recovery goals
✅ Provide one-to-one outreach support in the community
✅ Assist with housing, benefits, appointments, and social inclusion
✅ Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals
✅ Encourage independence and self-advocacy
🔍 What You’ll Need:
✔ A full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
✔ Previous experience in mental health, outreach, or community support
✔ A trauma-informed and person-centred approach
✔ Strong communication and time management skills
✔ A flexible, empathetic, and reliable attitude
