Can you help support our patients in accessing a variety of services, including creative therapy activities, wellbeing, emotional support, and appointments with specialist doctors and therapists? This role involves using your own vehicle to transport more independently mobile patients between their homes and the Hospice, enabling them to access these vital services. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

St Gemma’s Hospice is a Leeds-based charity providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. We offer care to patients and their carers in our In-Patient Unit, through the community team, and via our day services, which include a Day Hospice and Out-Patient Department.
