What You'll Be Doing: Where You'll Add Value
This isn't just admin—it's essential operational support that enables our entire People strategy. You will support the HR Business Partners across key processes:
* Employee Lifecycle: Managing smooth onboarding, contracts, system updates, and offboarding.
* Data & Systems: Maintaining accurate records and managing the HRIS to generate reports.
* Recruitment Support: Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and handling pre-employment checks.
* Operational Implementation: Assisting the People Team with the rollout of new L&D frameworks, career paths, and engagement initiatives.
* First Point of Contact: Handling routine employee queries and triaging issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or in a similar HR support capacity.
* Strong understanding of core HR principles and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
* Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
* A people-first attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
* CIPD qualification (Level 3/5) or equivalent experience is desirable.
