Supporting the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day tasks of the kitchen
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Ensure compliance with both Food Safety and Health Safety in the kitchen.
In the absence of the Head Chef collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Supporting the Head Chef in managing inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Assist the Head chef with the training and development of the kitchen team to achieve a high quality of product and presentation.
In the absence of the Head Chef manage staff rotas to service the business efficiently and ensure that labour costs are kept within budgeted targets.
Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
