The Role
The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Principal Associate (7+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage corporate transactions, taking ownership of deals while collaborating with partners
* Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to their professional development
* Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management
* Deliver high-quality legal advice to a broad range of clients, including companies, management teams, investors, and listed entities across various corporate matters
* Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture, participating in mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning opportunities.
The Candidate
* A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate law
* A strong track record of advising on complex corporate matters
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* Experience managing junior associates
* Confident leading and managing high-value corporate transactions
