With our state-of-the-art fleet—some powered by natural gas and equipped with advanced safety technology—our drivers are the backbone of our operations, delivering and collecting products across the UK.
Your Role
Our expansive warehouses, known as CFCs (Customer Fulfilment Centres), are cutting-edge facilities. For instance, our largest CFC spans a whopping 573,000 sq ft—enough to fit 7 Wembley football pitches! As an HGV driver, you’ll play a vital role in collecting shopping and distributing it to our regional warehouses for customer delivery. Plus, we don’t do multi-drops, so no hidden lanes!
Our HGV drivers are the unsung heroes of our operation. While most of us are asleep, they ensure our products are delivered right when we need them—whether it’s overnight, late in the day, or early in the morning. You can choose to work either 32 hours over 4 days or 40 hours over 5 days.
Routes can be up to 12.5 hours per day, and you may occasionally be asked to work additional hours as needed.

Pay Structure
This position is lunar paid, meaning you will receive your pay every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Here’s a breakdown of the pay rates:
* Basic hourly rate: £18.48
* Evening premium rate (18:00-06:00): £20.48
* Sunday Premium rate: £20.22
* Sunday Evening Premium rate (18:00-06:00): £22.42
* Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £23.10
* Overtime evening (18:00-06:00): £25.60
