We’re looking for a talented Communications Officer to join our award‑winning, innovative team where every day brings something new. You’ll work at the heart of a busy, high‑performing team, supporting both proactive campaigns and reactive media handling across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to media enquiries and support the handling of press issues.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of writing engaging long‑form content (e.g., annual reports).
* Draft clear, accurate and engaging content, including press releases, statements and briefings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and key stakeholders.
* Identify and deliver proactive media opportunities that showcase the positive impact we make in our communities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Ability to create high‑quality digital content for web, social media and video (preferred, but learning is acceptable).
* Strong writing skills and experience in a press office or media environment.
* Calm, professional approach, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Sound judgement when handling complex or sensitive issues.
