Job Description
Honeycomb is working with a luxury hospitality client to recruit an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. The Operations Coordinator role encompasses customer service, administration, and operational management. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless guest experiences, updating bookings, providing advice to guests, and collaborating with housekeeping to maintain high cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel or residential setting, possess a positive attitude, and be confident in stakeholder communication.
