Role: Customer Engagement & Business Support Executive
Location: Greater Manchester - M17 1FP
Salary: From £25350 per year
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours a week: 37.5 hours a week (Monday -Friday)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our flagship, high-profile, and fast-paced Relocation & Facilities Services operation. Reporting to the Operations Admin Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting all operational administration tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the team to support wider operations
Deploy strict cost management and reduction techniques
Administer all operative expenses, including credit cards, overnight expenditure, and petty cash
Prepare, check, and authorise all agency payroll using various platforms
Populate and generate reports relating to job finish times/Driver hours following strict guidelines
Administer the processing, investigation, challenging, and settling of all parking/driver-related fines
Maintain the absence process, ensuring all relevant systems are updated
About You:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Excellent communication skills across various stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
Keen to leave a lasting impact and legacy on the wider business
Eager to play an integral role in building and growing a strong operation
