Operations Coordinator / Scheduler / Immediate Start

Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator / Scheduler to join a growing and fast-paced business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning, coordination, and keeping operations running smoothly.
The Role:
You’ll play a central role in coordinating nationwide schedules, ensuring technicians are deployed efficiently and all operational activities are delivered on time. This is a busy, hands-on position where strong organisation and communication skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate daily schedules for field-based technicians
* Act as the main point of contact between office, engineers, suppliers, and customers
* Ensure all jobs are booked, tracked, and completed within deadlines
* Monitor workloads and adjust schedules to maximise efficiency
* Maintain accurate records, systems, and operational data
* Prepare reports and update job documentation as required
* Support the smooth running of operations through effective coordination and communication
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations support
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Good IT skills and experience using systems/databases
* Knowledge of UK geography (advantageous)
