Job Title: Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Associate

Location: Stafford

Contract Length: 12 Months

Rate: £19.22 per hour

Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time)


About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Associate to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this vital role, you will help design, implement, and maintain EHS programs and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and standards.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a safe and sustainable working environment, while also contributing to broader learning and development initiatives across the site.


Key Responsibilities


1. Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to monitor EHS performance and compliance (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
2. Maintain accurate EHS documentation and records in line with regulations and company policies.
3. Assist in the development and delivery of EHS and site-wide training programs.
4. Support occupational health initiatives and incident investigations.
5. Ensure site-wide compliance with corporate and local EHS regulations, permits, and documentation requirements.
