Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to administration tasks
Duties
* Act as a point of contact via email, phone and in person
* Maintain filing systems and office databases
* Keep track of invoices, receipts and assist with basic bookkeeping
* Deal with HR requirements such as annual leave, onboarding of new staff etc
* Ensure monthly payments are up to date and chase any outstanding payments
* Ordering supplies
* General administration tasks, printing, filing etc
Experience
* Proven experience in previous Administration role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Experience with MS word, Excel and Outlook
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving
* Good communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
