As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom—nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. What you’ll be doing
* Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
* Support smooth daily routines— from mealtimes to naptimes
* Create and implement development-focused activity plans
* Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children and build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
* Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
* Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
* Be a positive role model— collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have
* Experience working with children in an early years environment
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
* Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train; up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
* A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service
