Car Sales Executive Reporting to: Sales Management Department: Sales We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Car Sales Executive to join a busy dealership operation based in Watford & Barnet (with 1,500 used vehicles in group stock). This is an exciting opportunity with uncapped earning potential offering a competitive basic salary and a realistic first year OTE of up to £125,000. What will you be doing? Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles from the available stock. Promote additional products and services including finance, insurance, service plans, and accessories. Provide accurate quotations and cost calculations for customers. Negotiate sales terms, part-exchange valuations, and close deals effectively. Handle aftersales queries with a strong customer-first approach. Support with general administrative and operational tasks within the sales department as required. What do you need for this role? Full UK driving licence. At least 2 years automotive sales experience, or strong sales experience in another customer-focused industry (full training provided for sector switchers). A passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Package Salary: Up to £20,000 basic DOE OTE £125,000 (uncapped commission).
